If you're like me and have been a fan of Jonah Hill since his star appearance in Superbad, then you've probably noticed his weight changes frequently. However, most of that fluctuation still left him in the obese category. Jonah himself admits he deliberately gained weight for his role in War Dogs, perhaps feeling the pressure to continue to be the "funny overweight guy" of Hollywood current.
Now? Jonah Hill has surprised everyone and lost some serious weight while adding a decent amount of muscle at the same time.
Not suprisingly, Jonah credits his weight loss transformation mostly to nutrition.
He told ABC News: "It was just mostly diet. "I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something, but I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat and to change my habits and stuff. "
He told a radio station: "I went to a nutritionist and I said, 'I'll lost weight, I'll eat healthier and whatever, but figure out how I can drink beer'.
"It's so annoying because when I don't drink beer, I get really really thin. Then when I drink beer, I get a little bigger."
Jonah is yet another great example of the power of nutrition & food management in daily life. With a transformation like that, it's hard not to feel inspired to manage my own diet and take a serious look at my own nutritional intake.
