Sweet treats like these are typically taboo if you're on a diet. Luckily, we've found a healthy alternative to traditional cookie dough that is low in calories and high in protein.   • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or 1 tablespoon of nut butter)

  • splash vanilla extract

  • 2-4 tablespoons almond milk

  • sweetener, to taste (such as stevia, depends if your protein powder is sweetened)

  • add-ins of your choice (recommended 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut and 1/2 square chopped dark chocolate)


  1. Combine the protein powder and powdered peanut butter in a small bowl.

  2. Add the vanilla extract and almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach a cookie dough consistency. It varies depending on the protein powder that you use.

  3. Add sweetener to taste, if desired.

  4. Mix in add-ins (chopped dark chocolate and shredded coconut)

  5. Roll dough into balls or simply indulge with a fork.
