To say that Smart for Life changed my life is an understatement. With all the different types of diets that are out there, it sometimes can be hard to find one that you truly enjoy and that works for you. - Sixth and final cookie 5:00 PM
- Protein filled meal at 7 PM
- And a gallon of water for the day.
